What we do
We share travel deals we've found. We're not a travel agent, and we don't sell, book or take payment for anything. When you click a deal, you leave our site and book with the provider on its own terms, prices and privacy policy. Any booking is between you and that provider.

Prices and accuracy
Prices and details are what we saw on the date shown and can change at any time. We take care to get them right, but always check the live details with the provider before you book.
Our content
The text, videos, design and logo are ours. You're welcome to share links to our pages and posts. Please don't copy or republish our content without asking. Photos belong to their credited owners and are used under their licences. If you own a photo on our site and want it credited or removed, email info@cheapascheckin.com.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, overload it or scrape it in bulk.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for the providers' products, services, prices or websites.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland can hear any dispute about them.
